Manage, direct, supervise and control that the contractors comply with the project planning, general and detailed program, integral control system, as well as what is established in the contract and annexes, in its different phases: planning, engineering, procurement (equipment -materials), civil-electromechanical construction, individual tests – overall, start-up and support during behavior tests.
