DIRECTION AND SUPERVISION OF PROJECTS
We offer our clients the Direction and Supervision of Oil-Gas Projects, Power Generation Plants, Mining-Metallurgical Cogeneration Projects, Ducts and Industrial Projects in the EPC, EPCM, EPM, CPC and EPS modalities in order to optimize their execution focused on detecting problems that cause deviations to the plan and the programs of the project and, where appropriate, act with opportunity and effectiveness in the application of measures of realignment of the results, by identifying the causes and applying their solutions.
To achieve these results, the daily work of the design companies, contractors and suppliers for project execution is supervised, based on the contract and its annexes, the general program, the project manuals, the project control system and the technical-operative procedures according to the codes, standards, specifications and contractual technical requirements of the project, according to the following:
PROJECT PLANNING
Direct, supervise and control that the contractors comply with the project planning, general and detailed program, integral control system, as well as what is established in the contract and annexes, in its different phases: planning, engineering, procurement (equipment-materials ), civil-electromechanical construction, individual tests – overall, start-up and support during behavior tests.
BASIC AND DETAILED ENGINEERING
Direct, supervise and control the execution of detailed engineering: civil, structural, mechanical, pipe, electrical, instrumentation and environmental, complying with the technical requirements, specifications, scope and technical terms of the contract and its annexes.
PROCUREMENT AND LOGISTICS OF EQUIPMENT AND MATERIALS
Direct, supervise and control the activities of procurement and logistics of equipment-materials executed by the contractors, according to what is specified in the contract and detailed engineering, complying with the basic requirements and with the cost, time and quality established for the manufacture of equipment.
CIVIL-ELECTROMECHANICAL CONSTRUCTION
Direct, supervise and control the civil-electromechanical construction works of the contractor, according to the contract and its annexes, to the detailed engineering, complying with the standards, specifications, codes, standards and technical requirements of the project, verifying that it complies with: plan, program, quality procedures, safety procedures and supervision of critical maneuvers.
CONTROL SYSTEM AND QUALITY ASSURANCE
Direct and supervise the implementation of the quality control and assurance system during project execution, complying with: project quality plan, quality procedures, technical-operative procedures, control of non-conformities, quality audits and verifying the correct application of the codes, standards, norms and specifications applicable to the project.
INDUSTRIAL SECURITY AND ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION OF THE PROJECT
Direct and supervise the implementation of the industrial safety and environmental protection system of the project, in accordance with the provisions of the project contract, complying with: industrial safety plan, industrial safety audits, project risk analysis studies, environmental impact, plan for correction of non-conformities, risk reports and project accidents.
PRECOMMISSIONING AND COMMISSIONING
Direct and supervise the execution by the contractor for the individual and joint tests (precommissioned and commissioned), in accordance with the specifications, terms and scope of the contract.
STARTING AND WARRANTY TESTS
Direct, supervise and control the start-up of the facilities, their stabilization and the execution of the project guarantee tests by the contractors, complying with the technical requirements, specifications, scope and terms of the contract and annexes.
EXECUTIVE REPORT OF THE PROJECT
Prepare an Executive Report of the project, which accurately and timely presents the status of the project in its relevant aspects that allows the client to know the deviations to the current plan, trends, projections and recommendations during the execution of the project, integrated by the following concepts:
- Summary.
- Project status: program, cost, deviations, trend and projection.
- Procurement status of equipment and materials.
- H-H control.
- Control of volumes executed by specialty.
- Accrued value of the project and projection.
- Control of alterations of the project.
- Conclusions and recommendations.
